Blanche de Fougerolles

Created from an absinthe recipe directly from the pages of a 19th century French liquoriste manual.
It is a blended combination of several different distillations of grande and petite wormwood, green anise, hyssop, veronica, camomile, génepi, fennel, coriander and angelica in a grape base alcohol. It is perfectly crafted and presents a milky white louche.
