This Swiss absinthe verte derives its name from
the inclusion of angelica in the recipe along with

the other fine absinthe herbs giving it a slightly

more bitter taste but still possessing all the

characteristics that give Swiss absinthes their

high reputation. Produced by Claude-Alain Bugnon,
a former clandestine distiller.
